The Corolla GTi was the second version of front wheel drive "hot hatch" from Toyota, with the legendary 4A-GE twincam engine.
This model came with power steering, electric windows and central locking etc.
The engine used is the 3rd version of the 4A-GE which has a narrow port intake design for increased torque and does not use the TVIS system. The braking system was also upgraded.
